Beat the PE New Method

My this post is going to be a rehash of several methods many will already be familiar with, with my own perspective and tips and tricks thrown in. I want to avoid being over prescriptive, what I did won't work for everyone. There are several reasons why men struggle with PE, it may be due to hormone imbalance, anxiety issues or as I estimate to be the most common, poor masturbation habits. Though it can also be a combination of problems compounding on each other; poor performance once can often lead to added anxiety in subsequent sexual encounters.

So first off a profile:

I'm a 24 year old guy, been masturbating for years and sexually active since I was 19, uncircumcised. The main reason I suffered from PE was poor masturbation habits, treating being horny like a distraction and masturbating just to get it over with. I was bad, really bad. I've climaxed several times during foreplay alone. One time with my ex-boyfriend (I'm a gay man), I came before I even finished getting the tip in. That's a total of ZERO seconds of penetration. Yes, that's how bad my PE was. My head was super sensitive, and until I really started diving into researching PE I had no idea that my pelvic floor and penis were constantly and uncontrollable tightening and going into spasms during sex. If you're still unsure what the cause of your PE is, next time you get an erection see if you can notice an involuntary stiffening of the shaft and contraction of your pelvic floor when you stimulate your penis - that's a sure sign poor habits have made your penis overly sensitized. As such, my methods will focus on this cause of PE, if you believe it is something else then you may need pharmaceutical intervention. Otherwise, corrective behaviors should be enough to overwrite the bad nervous wiring you've put in place.

Anyone whos tried googling solutions to PE will immediately be disparaged by the lack of quality advice and perpetuation of the myth that while there are several things one can do to reduce PE you can never really get rid of it fully - and that sounds like basically a lot of unenjoyable sex where you'll always be anxious of your problem. The good news is, for people with PE caused by poor habits, you can not only get rid of PE but you can basically gain full control of your dick and last as long as you want.

The solution is two-fold:

  1. Reduce the sensitivity of penis

  2. Gain conscious control of the pelvic floor (i.e. no more involuntary spasms)

Following several posts I read on this subreddit, I began tackling my PE by consciously breathing deeply while masturbating and focusing really hard on relaxing my pelvic floor and making sure to edge so that my sessions lasted at least 20 minutes, and also not finishing if I could resist it. You will hear mention of edging a lot in other posts but I actively tried to avoid ever going near my PONR. You want to find the pace that you can maintain for several minutes without going near the PONR, after a while you'll get used to that pace and you'll become desensitized to it.

At first I was able to relax enough that the spasms stopped while using a conventional grip at a steady pace but the second I tried to push with my hips the slightest, my pelvic floor would tighten. My pelvic floor was so tense I thought it was going to be impossible to relax it during intercourse, when I would invariably need to push and thrust. Turns out all it takes is focus, concentration and some practice.I didn't do any fancy kegel exercises or the like, just set aside 30mins to an hour several days a week to beat my meat whilst trying to relax as much as possible. The key is relaxation, you want to make yourself allergic to tension in your body, not only will this make you last longer it'll actually help you be more in the moment and make sex more enjoyable. I discovered that I could last much longer after having a hot shower so I started incorporating hot showers and hot baths into my routine, afterwards you'll be much more relaxed and have an easier time controlling the spasms. I'm a trail marathon runner and always carry some magnesium spray in case I get leg cramps and also use it before bed to get deeper sleep so I started using it on my groin area and pelvic floor to increase relaxation during masturbation, it worked like a charm making it far easier for me to consciously block out spasms. Here's a detailed breakdown of what I did:

  1. Used hot showers and baths to make myself extra relaxed prior to masturbation sessions. It may also be possible that blood vessel dilation plays a role.

  2. Used magnesium rub on my groin and pelvic floor to promote relaxation. Tech Dick is my goto brand, it's pricey but worth it.

  3. For my masturbation sessions I would lay comfortably on my back, with my knees up, one hand on my belly and the other hand - you know the thing. This position promotes relaxation of the pelvic floor.

  4. Breathed deeply and focused on relaxing.

  5. Beat my meat with lubed hands in a variety of positions. Though I never used a fleshlight or equivalent sex toy to mimic real sex (which is recommended) I would stack both my hands like I was gripping a pole so that they made a hollow and thrust into it with some light lubrication. Note: it took me a while before I could thrust without tensing up. If you can't control your spasms while thrusting or while stimulating your penis in any way other than a conventional grip then go back to basics and keep practicing that conscious relaxation of the pelvic floor.

  6. As I began gaining more control I began experimenting with all sorts of hand positions and speeds, sometimes going intensely and vigorously at the head of my penis while simultaneously trying to intensely relax my pelvic floor. You will feel the conflict of your muscles wanting to spasm as you stimulate the head of the penis, if takes a lot of focus and deep breathing to prevent it from happening and the more you do it the better you'll get.

  7. While it's true that consistent practice is important I actually find that you can cram and it has a compound effect. If I beat my meat long enough my dick kind of gets a bit fatigued from holding an erection for so long and even a little bit sore from all the beating, this adds to the desensitization and allows me to progress to more stimulating methods.

To summarize, intense relaxation opens up the possibility of long masturbation sessions, long masturbation sessions lead to desensitization of the penis, which allow for longer masturbation sessions and so on. Use this to spiral your way up and out of premature ejaculation.

Mastering relaxation so that you can masturbate vigorously without even getting near PNOR will give you so much confidence before you even get into bed with someone else to try out your progress. Eventually, good practice and a desensitization of the penis will make you so much more relaxed when you go to have sex. It's a positive feedback loop.

I've gone from a loaded gun with no safety button that could trigger during foreplay alone, to not climaxing during sex unless I consciously try to. My penis has significantly desensitized from where I started and my pelvic floor no longer contracts involuntarily. Something I didn't go into detail on but is also very important is eradicating that "I NEED TO CUM" urge, I recommend this tools help you, Change your mindset: Sex is the end itself, climax is a bonus and not the goal.
